One of the best ways to learn how to do something is to watch someone doing it. Better yet, watch and have them explain how they did it.
In making a living online, it’s the same thing. If you can find someone running a successful site that will share their strategies and show you what they did, you’re more likely to achieve the goals you’ve set for yourself. With a successful guide or example, you can apply those same strategies to your own sites with more confidence. Just like following a blueprint. You may even be more successful that the example you used!

It’s what every web site, and especially every blog needs. But how do you get more traffic?
There are many different ways including leveraging content, using comments, focusing on keywords, tagging, rss feeds, niche blogging, email list and more, and I suggest working on a few at a time to build up a steady stream of traffic and then move on to other strategies. By working on a few at a time you can measure their effectiveness, make changes if necessary and then continue to build.
And traffic is only one factor to a successful blog. Monetization, pillar articles, design, marketing, branding, sourcing content, publicity, newsletters, rss feeds all play a part in a blog that’s successful, both your visitors and you will enjoy and only takes you a few hours a day to maintain.
Well known blogger Yaro Starak has a mentoring program where he teaches how to work part-time to make a full-time living from your blog. He’s been blogging successfully for years and shares his strategies on every aspect of blogging and regularly does case studies with his members.
